The goal of the(se) lecture(s) is to give details of the colloquium talk on Thursday, among other things, to give more motivation for studying derivators:
...to show in a rather elementary way how homotopy limits and colimits naturally occur in the context of homological algebra and homotopy theory alike and that many of the familiar constructions can be encompassed by them.
...to show how their elementary properties - which are encoded as the axioms of a derivator - give (in the stable case) canonically rise to triangulated categories and to a thorough understanding of those.
