Pfister forms and geometry
Abstract: The fact that the Pfister forms are the best from algebraic point of view is well-known from the foundational works of their discoverer. In my talk I will review the exceptionally nice geometric properties which Pfister quadrics possess, and how these properties project onto qualities of other quadrics.
