Non-liftable Calabi-Yau manifolds in positive characteristics

We want to construct new Calabi-Yau manifolds in characteristic p>0 that do not lift to characteristic zero. Moreover, we seek to understand at which primes and in which dimension such manifolds exists,
and determine their global geometry, cohomological properties, and local moduli.
