Abstract I present a construction of a parameter space for connected subgroups of a complex algebraic group. This parameter space is an ind-variety having countably many irreducible components, each of them is a projective variety. This moduli space has a universal family.The construction involves arguments on constructible sets and semi-continuity of invariants in families of Lie algebras.
